  • I think that if everyone that is flying would take a few minutes to make themselves "more aware" of their surroundings, things would get better. Look at the other pasengers, look at what they are doing, if you see something you think is out of the norm, let someone know.

When do you think was the last time he even spoke to a secretary or an assistant other than to tell them to get him a coffee. What about the sales force, the admin. offices, the payroll office, the cleaning service.
